Opportunity & Solution
When we started working with The Beauty Spy they already built a large and passionate fanbase through their social media channels as they are also a highly sought after brand on the Home Shopping Network. An audit into all of their channels showed us that there was a huge opportunity to drive more traffic to their own website to drive more conversions and ultimately own the customer relationship.
Since the majority of their products are consumables, to start we looked for opportunities to turn past customers into potential repeat customers. We directed the bulk of our initial efforts towards putting processes in place to assist in creating repeat purchases.
Swyft also identified an opportunity to make The Beauty Spy’s existing monthly advertising spend work more efficiently for them by capturing more of their paid traffic. Initial advertising efforts were focused on an immediate sale without leveraging any audience understanding. Swyft incorporated processes that would allow The Beauty Spy to to build relevant audiences to their specific products and use more effective messaging in these efforts. The result is an exponential increase in email list growth, email list revenue and paid advertising revenue across the board.
The Beauty Spy LIVE!
We love creating new, cutting edge ideas for our clients. The Swyft team pitched and currently executes a monthly Facebook LIVE broadcast for the beauty spy that is a live sale event. This event gives an up close look at the products, drives new purchases, and has increased customer engagement for the brand.
