From Blog to Universe...

What started as a beloved blog and a loyal Pinterest driven community became an entire commerce and content ecosystem. Nearly a decade ago, Sharon Santoni came to Swyft with a simple but bold idea: turn her audience’s love for French living into a subscription box featuring artisan treasures you could only find in France. We moved fast, built the first launch site in a weekend, and helped her flip a “crazy before Christmas idea” into a real business with real customers.

Since then, My French Country Home has evolved into a full universe of brands and sites, including the subscription box, the boutique, the magazine, the travel business, and SharonSantoni.com. Swyft has enabled that growth by building and maintaining the technology foundation underneath it all: fast WordPress experiences, WooCommerce store systems, custom features for shipping and subscription access, and a complete performance marketing engine that turns attention into subscribers, subscribers into buyers, and buyers into long-term customers.

WordPress + Woocommerce

Swyft built and scaled the MFCH universe on WordPress and WooCommerce to support multiple business models while keeping the brand’s premium editorial feel intact. We implemented custom shipping rules to accurately estimate global shipping costs for France-to-worldwide fulfillment, and used Elementor to keep the sites fast, flexible, and easy for the team to manage. To increase revenue per order, we integrated FunnelKit for optimized checkouts, dynamic upsells, and landing page funnels that convert cleanly across launches and promotions.

Klaviyo Email + SMS Marketing

We launched and scaled Klaviyo across MFCH brands from scratch, building the lifecycle engine that turns attention into repeatable monthly revenue. With flows, segmentation, forms, and a consistent campaign cadence, email and SMS now drive an average of 35% to 45% of monthly revenue. We also grew owned audiences to 30,000 plus subscribers for each business, creating a reliable channel to monetize launches, retain subscribers, and reactivate past customers.

Meta Ads

Swyft runs Meta ads across the MFCH universe with two clear goals: grow owned audiences and drive profitable sales. We build campaigns that attract the right customers into each brand’s Klaviyo ecosystem, then convert them through offer-driven funnels tied to box launches, boutique drops, magazine subscriptions, and travel awareness. With disciplined creative testing and funnel optimization, we’ve sustained a 3.6 ROAS while scaling acquisition across multiple brands and promotions.
