We ran Blind Tiger’s growth like a system. Every move was structured, measurable, and rooted in real behavior across the site, email, and paid traffic. We started with a clear baseline, identified the biggest revenue opportunities, then executed in focused sprints, using performance data to decide what we would double down on next.
We built Blind Tiger’s Klaviyo program from scratch and turned it into a predictable revenue engine that supports both their in-store footprint and their growing e-commerce channel. Starting at zero, we engineered the full lifecycle system, including flows, segmentation, and a repeatable campaign cadence designed to move customers from first purchase to loyal regular. The real unlock was bridging offline to online: we integrated a Wi-Fi captive portal capture system directly into Klaviyo forms, so every café visit became an opportunity to grow the list and deepen the relationship. The result is a clean, deliverable, high-performing email + SMS machine that consistently drives meaningful monthly revenue without sacrificing brand feel.
We amplified growth with Facebook and Instagram ads feeding Swyft developed promotions, launches, and offer funnels. Finally, we increased online AOV beyond the $70 mark by using intelligent checkout upsells and complementary product targeting, backed by A/B testing and ongoing optimization.
