Are there any financing or payment options available?

Yes. When you checkout on the NEVO EV website, you’ll have the option to qualify for financing right on the spot with SHOP Pay and Affirm. There you will be able to select a 3-Month, 6-Month or 12-Month payment option based on qualification.

What is the NEVO EV Warranty Coverage?

We pride ourselves on offering an industry best length warranty.

All NEVO carts include a 4 Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.

All Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries have an 8-year limited warranty.

What is the expected range per battery charge?

The range you get from your NEVO cart will vary depending on your usage, terrain, speed, and weight of passengers.

Typically our customers see 40-60 miles of range on a full charge.

For most of our customers this means charging 1 time per week utilizing the standard 120v outlet you already have in your garage.

What is the Delivery Process and Timeframe?

If you select a cart that is in the existing NEVO Inventory, you expect the delivery process to start within 5 business days. This allows for the NEVO team to complete final check of the cart, get it detailed, and schedule a delivery window.

If you decide to build a custom cart, delivery times will be estimated once all features are finalized.

Can I make customizations to my cart?

The NEVO Custom Shop program lets you customize your cart to your style.
