Swyft Interactive partnered with Firearms Depot at the ground floor, helping turn a brand-new eCommerce operation into a serious revenue engine. Starting with no established digital infrastructure, we built a custom BigCommerce website engineered for usability, product discovery, and conversion. Every major customer touchpoint was designed with performance in mind, from the shopping experience to the checkout path, giving Firearms Depot the foundation it needed to compete and scale in one of the most restricted and competitive categories online.

From there, we built the growth systems around the store. Swyft developed a full lifecycle marketing program inside Klaviyo, using automated flows, campaigns, segmentation, and a customer journey strategy to drive over 40% of total revenue through email. We also implemented an affiliate marketing program that generated more than $400K in affiliate-attributed revenue. Within the first six months, Firearms Depot grew from zero to $2 million in monthly revenue, powered by a complete eCommerce ecosystem built from scratch and designed to help the business thrive.
